Let's show you how to return your household products in two easy ways.

We’re sorry, we do not accept returns on furniture, once it is delivered and installed. Please call us on 1800-212-7500 if you have any questions.

1. Request a return online


1. Request your return

Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.

2. Box up your products

Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging, and ensure that all tags are intact.

3. Hand over your return

Hand over the package to our courier partner and they will give you an acknowledgement receipt.

4. Receive your refund

We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card, bank account or wallet. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a Credit Voucher.
