    • When will I receive my order?

      For household products, orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in two to three business days, and orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered in four to five business days. During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.

      For furniture, you’ll be able to schedule your delivery date and time during checkout.

    • What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

      Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on 1800-123-1555 within one working day of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery in one to two business days.

    • Will I be charged for delivery?

      Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 1,000 and above. If your total order is less than Rs. 1,000, you will be charged Rs. 50 for delivery. Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

    • How do I track my order via My Account?

      It’s easy! Follow these simple steps to know your order status:

      1. Sign in to your www.homecentre.com.

      2. Click on the drop-down menu under your name on the top of the page.

      3. Select Order History.

      4. On the Order page, click on ‘View details’ for the order you wish to track.

      5. Once that opens up, click on ‘Courier tracking #’.

    • Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?

      We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to cancel your order by calling us on 1800-212-7500 and then place a new order with the corrected address.

    • Are the prices on your website different from the prices in-store?

      Our online prices are usually the same as our in-store prices. However, we do occasionally run exclusive online or in-store promotions that may result in price differences.

    • What is your policy on returns?

      We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

      We do not accept:

      - Any glass, ceramic and polyresin products.

      - Any furniture that has been delivered and installed.

      - Please return your household products in their original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

    • How do I return my order?

      You can return your household products in two easy ways. Please remember, your furniture cannot be returned once it has been delivered and installed.

      1. If the product is damaged, please call 1800-212-7500 immediately and notify our Customer Support team.

      2. To request a return online - Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return.

      3. To call for a pick-up - Call us at 1800-212-7500 to schedule a pick-up time and location. You must include all warranty cards when you return your products.
