Bench/ Stool frame: Poplar wood has advantages of durability, toughness, and lightweight. The wood of Poplar is economically important due to its tensile strength and resistance to heavy impact. Bench/ Stool seat: Upholstered with faux leather with high tensile strength and easy cleanability and softer finish. It is much more affordable than real leather and last. High-quality high resilient foam is used in the bench seat. Finish type- Solid wood is stained & covered with a protective layer for making the furniture scratch, heat, and stain-resistant helping to increase durability. Treatment type - Kiln Drying & Fumigation: Wood is Kiln dried & excess moisture content is removed. This is to ensure warping, cracking of wood & improve durability. Wood is Fumigated to eradicate Borer and Termites. Treatment Type: Solid wood components are fumigated before and after fabrication to eliminate mites’ infestation. Additional hardware - PVC spacers, levelers: legs are enabled with built-in PVC spacers to avoid direct contact with the floor, thereby ensuring no direct contact with water, dust, etc. Load bearing capacity: 90-120 Kgs.
