The primary material of this sofa is made of Pinewood which is softwood with a great deal of stiffness and resistance to shock and is easy to work with. It is a lighter wood with a smooth finish ensuring consistency and aesthetic good look and makes furniture light weight for easy portability. With high strength and stiffness to weight ratios, plywood is very cost-effective to use in structural applications. The visible bottom plank is made from Solid Rubberwood which is durable, strong, tough and resilient. It is easy to take care of being more stain resistant. Rubber is burn-resistant, particularly if the heat source is a cigarette butt. Besides, it is non-toxic and won't release toxic fumes into the air when there's a fire and has good shock absorber properties. Because of its inherent subtle grain and shorter timber length, it is widely used for exposed wood sofa thereby giving flexibility in construction and consistency in the finish. Upholstery: The sofa is upholstered with Polyester velvet Fabric. Polyester fabric is synthetic and easily recyclable material with high tensile strength and durability and lasts much longer. Being chemical generated these are naturally anti-bacterial. The velvet finish of this fabric gives a smooth feel and much better comfort to sit. Seat Construction: High-quality High resilient foam is used for making the sofa. Back Construction: Back is filled with Non-Siliconised Vergin polyfill for greater back support & comfort.
