• All panels are pretreated with industry-standard chemical composition thereby making the core resistant to termite, borers and other mites.
• Particleboard is made by compressing wood chips with glue. In flat-pressed particleboard, the chips are mainly parallel to the surface. The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particleboard is denser. It is resistance to termite and wood borer.
• All panels which are exposed to air is edged with PVC banding on 4 sides to avoid contact to water, moisture and insects. This helps to improve durability.
• Furniture plinths/panels/legs are enabled with built-in PVC spacers to avoid direct contact with the floor, thereby ensuring no direct contact with water, dust etc., also levellers have been used on precision assembled furniture such as sliding wardrobes to take care of floor undulations.
