• Particleboard is made by compressing wood chips with glue. In flat-pressed particleboard, the chips are mainly parallel to the surface. The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particleboard is denser.
• It is resistant to termite and wood borer. These are highly cost-effective recyclable material which provides excellent durability and load-bearing capacity. They are ductile and weldable for varying size and shape of design All panels which are exposed to air is edged with PVC banding on 4 sides to avoid contact to water, moisture and insects. This helps to improve durability.
• Both sides are laminated on MDF/ Particleboard/ Plywood to make the furniture heat, scratch and stain-resistant. This helps to enhance looks & helping to increase durability.
• All panels are pretreated with industry-standard chemical composition thereby making the core resistant to termite, borer and other mites.
• PB used is certified European Emission standard E2 grade, thereby it's certified safe for indoor furniture application.
• Furniture plinths/panels/legs are enabled with built-in PVC spacers to avoid direct contact with the floor, thereby ensuring no direct contact with water, dust etc., also levellers Manual PARTIAL (3/4th) Lifton mechanism enables the user to lift and access the box storage provision below the bed base easily with the help of the handle provision.
• Partition box storage helps in organising to avoid clutter. for proper organising of bags/comforters, bedsheets, additional pillow, beddings unsized article etc.
• Child safety latch helps the lift-on to remain in its position in an unlikely event of mechanical failure.
• Hydraulic lift-on helps in accessing the storage underneath without having to remove the mattress.
