This Shoe Cabinet is constructed from particleboard that is made by compressing wood chips with glue. In flat-pressed particleboard, the chips are mainly parallel to the surface. The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particleboard is denser. This TV unit is resistant to termite and wood borer. All panels which are exposed to air, are edged with PVC banding on four sides to avoid contact to water, moisture and insects. This helps to improve durability. Both sides of the unit are laminated with particle board to make the furniture heat, scratch and stain-resistant. This helps to enhance looks. Foil lamination is a process where the fascia and the edges are laminated homogenously with PVC foil through a hot press process. All panels are pretreated with industry-standard chemical composition thereby making the core resistant to termite, borer and other mites. The Particle Board used is certified European Emission standard E2 grade, thereby it's certified safe for indoor furniture application. The total area required with space for doors to open is 300-350 mm, allowing enough clearance for doors opening. It has 9 fixed shelves, 1 External drawer for Multipurpose utility that is ideal for wider semi heavy-duty drawers. It caters up to 12 Kgs dynamic weight carrying capacity with soft-close hinges for noise-free operation and manual hinges for regular open-close function. 9 MM thick back panel with slide-in construction improves the stability of the wardrobe.
