• The unit is made of Particleboard by compressing wood chips with glue. In flat-pressed particleboard, the chips are mainly parallel to the surface.
• The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particleboard is denser.

• Prelaminated with PU paper on both sides in plain/woodgrain colors to protect the substrate from heat, scratches, moisture, stains, etc. This helps to enhance looks & helping to increase durability. 
• All panels which are exposed to air, are edged with PVC banding on 4 sides to avoid contact to water, moisture, and insects. 
• PB used is certified European Emission standard E2 grade, thereby its certified safe for indoor furniture application. 
• Furniture plinths, panels, and legs are enabled with built-in PVC spacers to avoid direct contact with the floor, thereby ensuring no direct contact with water, dust, etc., also levelers 4 External storage shelves and 4 Internal storage drawers.
• Load-bearing capacity - Weight bearing of static/adjustable shelves: 5-7 kgs per drawer.
• Soft closing for noise-free operation and manual hinges for regular open-close function.
