• Lewis TV Unit, which fits a 60 inch TV, is developed under the Lewis Series of Living Furniture. The dark finish blends well with the masses. The perfect balance of material taken care with Particle Board Wood with PU Paper Finish.
• The TV Unit is made of Particle board which is made by compressing wood chips with glue. The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particle board is denser. The TV Unit is also supported by strong ABS leg for better stability.
• The Particle Board-certified European Emission standard E2 grade, thereby its certified safe for indoor furniture application.
• Carcass and drawers are made of Particle board which is produced by compressing wood dust, glue and resin. The chips in the surface layer are thinner than those in the middle layer, so the surface of the particle board is denser.
• It is pre-laminated with PU paper on both sides in plain and wood grain colours to protect the substrate from heat, scratches, moisture, stains etc. This helps to enhance looks & helping to increase durability.
• All panels which are exposed to air is edged with PVC banding on 4 sides to avoid contact to water, moisture and insects.
• All panels are pretreated with industry-standard chemical composition thereby making the core resistant to termite, borer and other mites.
• TV Unit legs are enabled with built-in PVC spacers to avoid direct contact with floor, thereby ensuring no direct contact with water, dust etc.
